Portrait of the foundation

The Anna Mueller Grocholski Foundation has been supporting children and adolescents with congenital and acquired brain injuries since 1997.
This takes the form of direct support for individuals or relevant institutions. Particular attention is given to initiatives focusing on early identification,
education, integration and employment of children and adolescents with cerebral motor disorders.

The foundation also supports medical research and concepts for research into and treatment of paediatric brain injuries.

The board of the foundation is responsible for carrying out the defined strategy and ensures that the purpose of the foundation is fulfilled.

Auditor

The Anna Mueller Grocholski Foundation is subject to the oversight of the foundation supervisory authority of the canton Zurich (BVS)
and is audited according to Swiss law by the auditing firm Finoreco AG in Zug.

The Anna Mueller Grocholski Prize

The AMG Prize is awarded annually at the yearly convention of the Swiss Academy of Childhood Disability (SACD) and the Swiss Society for Neuropediatrics (SSNP). It is endowed with 10,000 CHF for research in the field of paediatric neurorehabilitation and the field of neuropaediatrics.

How do I submit an application?

For requests for support, the Anna Mueller Grocholski Foundation distinguishes between direct assistance and project financing. Please read the application criteria carefully.

Application for direct assistance

For an application for direct assistance, we request the following information:

    • Covering letter
    • Information on the personal means of the recipient
    • Description of the care environment as well as other support received
    • Medical reports and certificates necessary for the evaluation
    • Total budget and amount requested from the foundation

Application for project financing

For an application for project financing, we request the following documents:

    • Covering letter
    • Project description
    • Personal details of the project leader and the project staff (scientific CV)
    • References are not obligatory but are beneficial
    • Total budget and concrete amount requested from the foundation

We ask that eight copies of the application be submitted in writing by post or email to our office or send by email as a PDF. Please note that during regular review cycles, applications can only be considered which have been received at least 4 weeks prior to a board meeting.

Submission deadlines are 30 August and 30 March.
